Indie-Folk artist Max Helgemo is stepping on the scene with his new single “Uncovered” releasing July 31, 2020. Helgemo’s smooth vocals combined with his dreamy contemporary folk soundscape allows listeners to escape to their daydreams with an ethereal soundscape and reflective lyrics. “Uncovered” is a song of empowerment through change as Helgemo announces his arrival in a new city and embraces the change of a new home without fear.

The Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod announced two live music shows for the Drive-On Concert Series. Maine based folk rock trio The Ghost of Paul Revere is set to take the stage at 9:00 PM on Friday, August 7. The hybrid tribute fusion act Pink Talking Fish, melding Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish, will perform live on stage to a crowd of up to 459 cars at 8:00 PM Sunday, September 6. Tickets for both concerts go on sale Tuesday, July 21 at 1:00 PM EST.

East Nashville rock band The Love-In are redefining what the ‘Nashville sound’ is with their new EP As It Lays, announced today. Set for release on September 4, the group teamed up with acclaimed producer Collin Pastore (Lucy Dacus, Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers) to create the five-song EP that focuses on not only recognizing, but breaking down the ways that social norms and gender roles discourage individuality and the mirage that conformity is what we ought to strive to achieve.
