Beer, Bluegrass, Mountains: The WinterWonderGrass-Tahoe festival’s first venture in three years – thanks, COVID — succeeded with flying colors, April 1 to 3. The fest location, adjacent to Olympic Village, which was the site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, was the first festival of the year for many, and brought a distinctive assemblage of mountaintop adventure-seekers for a sweet conglomeration of jam-happy roots and bluegrass music, pleasing craft brews, and mountain views.

Boulder’s The Sweet Lillies, the acoustic string-band known for their ethereal, vocal harmonies and irreplicable collaborations, are thrilled to announce their return to the road after being sidelined for a year due to Covid.

This current tour has seen the Lillies hit some of the most iconic Pacific Northwest and Colorado markets with stops in Portland, Eugene, Seattle, Jackson, Boulder and more - including a stretch of dates coming up with Brothers Comatose.

Animated attendees gathered for The 14th Annual Gem & Jam Festival (February 4-6, 2022) in the scenic desert landscape of Tucson, Arizona, to be taken away by the audio, escape in the visual, and indulge in a full-spectrum sensory experience—an experience encapsulating even the non-physical depths of community. This art and music festival— with over 250 programmed acts—once again, delivered  unforgettable entertainment, education, and natural beauty.

WinterWonderGrass is set to return to California over April 1–3, 2022 at Palisades Tahoe resort. Today, the festival shares its larger-than-ever Grass After Dark late night series, offering ten distinct shows over five venues throughout the weekend.

Whether traveling to gigs on horseback or by tour bus, Americana mavens The Brothers Comatose forge their own path with raucous West Coast renderings of traditional bluegrass, country and rock ‘n’ roll music. One could almost feel kaleidoscopic dust particles shake from the hallowed halls and chandeliers of the gritty old Fillmore in San Francisco on December 6.
