After last year’s release of the critically acclaimed album All The Truth That I Can Tell, a massive co-headline tour with Jimmy Eat World, and a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, today Dashboard Confessional announces their upcoming tour alongside world-renowned rock band Counting Crows on the Banshee Season Tour.
The third day of the 2022 Beale Street Music Festival unfolded under crisp, clear skies after the rainstorms from the night before cleared away. The beautiful conditions encouraged music fans to arrive early for the final day. The musical lineup featured the most diverse of this year's gatherings. The Bud Light stage was again the focus of African roots music, but unlike the days before, the focus was not solely on the rap genre.

It took 26 months for the second “annual” BeachLife Festival to transpire, September 10-12, but the Covid-19-includes delay only strengthened the shindig’s vision and spirit to deliver a celebratory tip of the cap to the Los Angeles South Bay seaside’s musical and lifestyle identity. The weekend’s music exemplified many genres, but there was a decidedly distinct number of post-punk rock and alt-pop bands who first blazed their ways to glory in the late ‘80s/early ‘90s.
Late-night “Afterparty” performances have been announced for the BeachLife Festival. Among the late-night music purveyors of particular interest to Grateful Web readers include renowned Southern California bands Cubensis and The Higgs. On Saturday, The Higgs, whose mission is “Melting faces. Blowing minds. Cerebral jams for the masses,” will jam out post-fest at Samba By the Sea on the waterfront in the Redondo Beach Marina, just a few steps away from the festival site.

After more than two decades and 20 million albums sold globally, Counting Crows will celebrate 25 years of making music by hitting the road for a worldwide "25 YEARS AND COUNTING" tour, starting with a 40+ city trek across North America this summer. Presented by Live Nation, the tour will begin June 27 in Boise, ID and travel across cities such as San Diego, Las Vegas, Denver, Atlanta, Tampa, New York, Boston, Toronto and Chicago before concluding September 22 in Nashville, TN. Fresh off the heels of their Australian and European tour, Counting Crows and The Wallflowers, who just came off a highly successful Eric Clapton arena tour, announced their U.S. summer tour. The 22-stop tour will make its way to Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on June 27th. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 3rd at 10AM at Ticketmaster.com. Each band’s community will have access to tickets through a presale beginning April 25th.
