Acclaimed pianist and composer Emmet Cohen brings a once-in-a-lifetime tribute to two of the greatest icons in jazz history—Miles Davis and John Coltrane—as both would have celebrated their 100th birthdays in 2026. The performance, titled Miles and Coltrane at 100, will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the Boulder Theater.

Today, critically acclaimed pianist, composer, and bandleader Emmet Cohen announced his new album, Vibe Provider, out August 23 via Mack Avenue. Through the years, Cohen has traveled the world with his sold-out performances, created the “most highly watched regular online jazz show in the world” (The Guardian) with Live From Emmet’s Place, and has served as an ambassador for most essential principles of the jazz tradition.
