Garcia's

This May, Garcia's – The Capitol Theatre’s "venue within the venue” created in partnership with Jerry Garcia’s family – will celebrate its ten year anniversary with a string of live performances by local artists and nationally touring acts across the musical spectrum.

The half way mark is a significant moment, especially during a five night run of contiguous shows by the same band. A sense of accomplishment can be felt by all after two outstanding nights of musical bliss. Goose reached that milestone prior to their show last Friday, March 10, 2023, and like Ground Hog Day, the show was again for a sold out crowd at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY.

Michael Winters, former Operations & House Manager of The Capitol Theatre and a crucial figure of the New York live music scene passed away 5 years ago on July 1, 2018. To commemorate his life and legacy, a tribute concert will be held at Garcia's at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 4:20PM a day before what would have been his 57th birthday.

Local guitar virtuoso Brandon “Taz” Niederauer will pay tribute to Jimi Hendrix’s iconic album, Electric Ladyland, with special guests at Garcia’s on Saturday, March 31.
