The inaugural Phases Of The Moon Music + Art Festival is set to take place September 11-14 at the beautiful 3000 acre Kennekuk Country Park just outside Danville, IL. Phases Of The Moon is proud to announce Phase I of artists scheduled to perform at the first annual event.

Instead of sweating getting his wallet even fatter or having his name rolling off more folks’ tongues, Warren Haynes puts hammers, nails and efforts of kind-hearted, hard working Habitat for Humanity supporters where his guitar is to improve life for others. “Sweat Equity”, which simply means an individual needs to do for themselves and community to have the community return the favor is the driving force behind Haynes’ efforts.

The Vibes is thrilled to welcome Warren Haynes & Gov’t Mule back to Seaside Park following the band’s triumphant performance at the Mountain Jam Music Festival this past weekend.

One of the most righteous touring bands on the scene today, Gov’t Mule (guitarist and vocalist Warren Haynes, drummer Matt Abts, keyboardist Danny Louis, and bassist Jorgen Carlsson) will rock the Vibes Main Stage Saturday, July 27th, rounding out a line-up stacked with music legends and rising stars.

MerleFest, offering the feel of both music festival and family reunion, drew nearly 76,000 fans to North Wilkesboro, North Carolina during April 25-28, 2013.  Beginning in 1988 as a tribute to the life of Merle Watson, this year’s event also served as a celebration of the lives of Merle’s parents, “Doc” and Rosa Lee, who passed away in 2012.

The Lee Boys are the finest “sacred steel” ensembles I’ve ever had the pleasure to see. Within just a few notes, I and everyone I was with for the evening knew The Lee Boys had something special happening.  The band members include three brothers, Alvin Lee , Derrick Lee and Keith Lee.  They are joined by their nephews Roosevelt ‘The Doctor” Collier, Alvin Cordy Jr., and Earl Walker.
