Grassfed

Located along the serene Maremac River, Lost Hill Lake offers a natural venue and spot for a festival of interactive workshops and large, late night bonfire jams. Two stages are separated by the shade of a 50 year-old walnut grove, where the audience can participate in camping, have lake and river access and an assortment of food, artisan crafts and more. The 14-band lineup consists of local, regional and national touring bands performing a range of traditional and progressive bluegrass, jamgrass, Americana folk and more.

Kansas City based string band Grassfed, is set to release their new album Moovin’ Down The Road on digital streaming platforms and for purchase May 10th, and tour relentlessly throughout the country during the 2018 festival season. Building fast momentum for 2018, the up and coming band has already performed at festivals or venues in 10 states so far this year.

Horizons are on the rise for up and coming band, Grassfed. Recently Releasing their debut album, the band in poised with opportunity including, top bluegrass festivals, band competitions, and an extensive summer tour.

Grassfed is a quick-picking five-piece string band, releasing their 18-track debut album on April 1, 2017. Pivoting on the foundation of bluegrass, Grassfed entwines tradition with an eclectic array of influences. Forged by songwriters and driven by instrumental conversation, the band brings a punching sound all its own.
