Beach Road Weekend has released the schedule for the 2022 Festival featuring performances by more than two dozen artists including Beck, Wilco, The Avett Brothers, and Billy Strings. The festival takes place August 26-28, 2022 at Veteran's Memorial Park in Vineyard Haven, Ma.

Today, cultural collagists and Houston trio Khruangbin and Brooklyn based DJ/composer Quantic release an Amazon Original cover of Booker T. & The M.G.s' "Green Onions," the iconic instrumental R&B hit from 1962. Available only on Amazon Music, Khruangbin and Quantic’s take on the track is serene and celebrates the song’s 60th anniversary. Khruangbin is a three-piece band from Houston, Texas, formed in 2009 with Laura Lee on bass, Mark Speer on guitar and Donald Johnson on drums. Taking influence from 1960's Thai funk-their name literally translates to "Engine Fly" in Thai-Khruangbin is steeped in the bass heavy, psychedelic sound of their inspiration, Tarantino soundtracks and surf-rock cool.
