Jamestown Revival are well into a tour that fills up their calendar deep into March. They are promoting their new stripped down release “Young Man”. The new album is the first project by the duo without electric guitars, leaving a lot of room to emphasize their skillful songwriting, intricate finger picking styles, and stunning vocals. “Young Man" has been carefully crafted, beautifully produced, and a refreshing example of musicianship.

Last Friday, North Carolina quartet Mipso unveiled the video for "Big Star," marking the latest official video release from their recent self-titled album (released October 2020/Rounder Records). The video, created and directed by Allison Grosso, unfurls as a surrealistic landscape that provides a powerful visual complement to the song's dreamlike, impressionistic lyrics and gently hypnotic melody and rhythms, tied together by Libby Rodenbough's graceful, elegant, sweeping vocals.

Fruition is happy to announce their first live show since March of 2020. The quintet will be appearing July 30th at the Dillon Amphitheater, with special guests Mipso.

As Covid 19 took over the world last March, Fruition were in the middle of their “Wild As The Night, Broken At The Break of Day” album tour. With their single “Dawn”  charting at AAA and Americana radio, plus a full summer of festivals ahead, the band was forced to  cancel their remaining shows and head home.

Wayfaring songwriter Shay Martin Lovette’s story is shaped by an enduring creative pursuit, an inseparable connection with the natural world, and a deep appreciation for the nonpareil musical voices of the past. After releasing his debut in 2018, receiving a plethora of regional accolades, and spending over 100 days playing shows to eager audiences,  he’s back with his sophomore effort.

Mipso announces “The Mipso Show (vol 1),” a virtual concert experience celebrating the band’s new self-titled album release. Today, on the heels of their successful January Living Room tour, Mipso announce that they are heading back on the road for their Spring 2020 tour. Mipso bring their intimate and sweeping live show to eight cities across the Northeast, including two nights in New York City at Rockwood Music Hall. Kicking off on Saturday, June 1st  at the Kerrville Folk Festival in Kerrville, TX, Mipso continues on to play over 22 dates throughout the summer, including stops at the Montreal Folk Festival sur le Canal in Montréal, the Green River Festival in Massachusetts, Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival in Oak Hill, NY and the Green Mountain Bluegrass at Roots Festival in Manchester, VT.
