The Oak Ridge Boys

Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame members, The Oak Ridge Boys, will return to the Gaylord Opryland Resort to celebrate the holiday season at home this year with a 32-show residency as part of the resort’s 39th annual ‘A Country Christmas’ event.

In celebration of his long-awaited debut album, Single Wide Dreamer, GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter and musician Aaron Raitiere made his Grand Ole Opry debut with surprise special guests Bob Weir, The Oak Ridge Boys and Anderson East.

When you talk about history, The Oak Ridge Boys can “dig a little deeper” than most. The GRAMMY® Award-winning, Country Music Hall of Fame and Gospel Music Hall of Fame members released their 'Light' album 50 years ago, paving the way for what would soon become an historic transition into country music and to heights The Oak Ridge Boys had only dreamed of.

Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member Dallas Frazier has passed away at age 82. Frazier penned hits such as “Elvira,” “There Goes My Everything,” “Alley Oop” and more. Artists such as Jack Greene, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Diana Ross, Engelbert Humperdink, Brenda Lee, Willie Nelson, Gene Watson, Merle Haggard, Charlie Louvin, Rodney Crowell, Poco, George Jones, Connie Smith, Charley Pride, and more recorded his songs.

Multi-instrumentalist JOHN McEUEN is back with a new recording of the Americana classic, “HEY JOE,” featuring the OAK RIDGE BOYS.

GRAMMY® Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame members, The Oak Ridge Boys swing into Spring with the announcement of their new album, Front Porch Singin’, to be released on Friday, June 11.

GRAMMY® Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame members, The Oak Ridge Boys are celebrating the 40th anniversary of their Grammy-winning song "Elvira" which was originally released in 1981. While written in 1966 by Dallas Frazier, The Oak Ridge Boys decided to record the song for their album, Fancy Free. The song went on to reach number one on Hot Country Songs for Billboard and reached number 5 for Billboard Hot 100.

Starting today, GRAMMY® Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame members, The Oak Ridge Boys, will celebrate the holiday season with a 29-day residency as part of Gaylord Opryland’s 37th annual A Country Christmas.
