Acclaimed singer, songwriter and performer, Anderson East, is nominated for “Best American Roots Performance” for his song “All On My Mind” at the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards. The awards ceremony will be broadcast on CBS live from Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Sunday, February 10 at 8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT

John Prine is nominated for three GRAMMY Awards including Best Americana Album for The Tree of Forgiveness and Best American Roots Song for “Summer’s End” (watch the official music video for “Summer’s End” HERE). Prine’s “Knockin On Your Screen Door” is also nominated for Best American Roots Song—earning Prine two nominations in the category.

John Prine will perform a special show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre with the Colorado Symphony on July 28. Acclaimed trio, I’m With Her, will join as openers. The landmark performance is Prine’s first with the Colorado Symphony and will feature arrangements by Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb. Tickets go on-sale Friday, December 14.

Acclaimed guitarist Donna Grantis, best known as the co-lead guitarist in Prince’s celebrated funk-rock band 3RDEYEGIRL, has released two new songs, “TRASHFORMER” and “VIOLETTA,” as a limited edition 7” with Hall of Fame Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready via his vinyl label HockeyTalkter Records.

Mumford & Sons will host listening events at movie theatres across North America this Thursday, November 15, allowing a select group of fans exclusive access to their fourth studio album, Delta, on the eve of its release. These screenings—held in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC and Toronto—will feature the complete album audio accompanied by visuals directed and edited by Caleb Bardgett, Johnny Dunn and Kees van Dijkhuizen and curated in partnership with National Geographic.

Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats’ video for their song, “A Little Honey,” is premiering today at Rolling Stone. The video was directed by Rett Rogers and filmed at the Turf Club in St. Paul, MN. Rateliff explains, “‘A Little Honey’ is a song all about love and desire. Everyone needs some honey and sweet loving, and in the video we wanted to embrace that kind of love in couples of all ages. A burning love doesn’t have any kind of borders or age restrictions.”
