The Festy 2013 | Preview

Beginning with an Infamous Stringdusters show in August, 2009 at the Brew Ridge Music Festival located at Devils Backbone Brewery in Nelson County, The Festy was born.  The Stringdusters and Friends created a festival of their own design located just south of the village of Nellysford in Nelson County, Virginia.  The event takes place at the Concert Ground at Devils Backbone Brewing Company complete with an amazing brewery and full service restaurant.

TheFesty.com website is extremely thorough and full of information to ensure everyone makes the most of this weekend with a maximum of enjoyment minimum of hassles.  The headliners, The Infamous String Dusters, Railroad Earth and John Scofield are the names that will jump out to many but without a doubt, the entire line-up of performers will be as popping musically as the colorful maples, poplars and oaks are visually, as fall comes to the South.
