Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds: More US West Coast Shows Announced

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have added further dates for the US West Coast in April. They have also announced their UK/European tour for autumn 2013. The dates kick off on October 26th with two shows at London's Hammersmith Apollo.

Hymn for Her's psychedelic country blues rock on new CD

Lucy Tight and Wayne Waxing of Hymn for Her have been busy touring across the country and abroad over the past few years, injecting juiced-up backwoods country blues with a dose of desert rock psychedelia that has been described as “Hell’s Angeles meets the Amish.”

They recorded their last album, Hymn for Her Presents . . . Lucy and Wayne and the Amairican Stream, in their vintage 1961 Bambi Airstream trailer at locations stretching from Philadelphia to Malibu on a three-month tour.

Winter Bisco Inferno Takes Colorado by Storm Part 2

Everyone was excited about this show in the big arena. It was the pinnacle of the Inferno. I was most excited about the space that the 1st Bank Center provides for the fans. Most require a lot of dancing room at Disco Biscuit shows. This would allow us to dance, see the lights at a wider scope, and also mingle with everyone including those who were not able to attend the other shows.

Paul McCartney's 'Kisses On The Bottom' Wins Grammy

Paul McCartney's Kisses On The Bottom (Concord/Hear Music) has won Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album at the 55th annual GRAMMY Awards.

Last night's win brings McCartney's career GRAMMY tally to 16.

Additionally, McCartney & Wings' Band On The Run (Concord/Hear Music), a previous winner both as last year's Best Historical Album and for Best Pop Vocal Performance by a Duo, Group or Chorus in 1974, has been inducted this year into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame.
