Assembly of Dust Release New Live Album

Assembly of Dust today previews a full-length stream of their newest album Tales from The Oregon Trail, an energetic journey through some of the renowned jamband’s strongest material, recorded live in concert in Portland, Oregon. The album is available for live streaming now, with a commercial release date of May 3rd.

Jam. Band. Apart, these two words are innocuous. Put them together, and they somehow become polarizing. Whatever your perceptions may be, there are a few characteristics that help give meaning to this loosely defined genre. First and foremost, the artists are expert musicians, masters of their instruments and playing styles. On Friday night, Goodnight, Texas & Midnight North descended on Phil Lesh’s own The Grate Room @ Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael.  This was the first time GN, TX played together at Terrapin, meanwhile Midnight North has been a resident artist since their inception in 2013.  The night was met with additional anticipation as Phil Lesh was billed as a guest bassist

YES Announce 2016 Summer Tour

YES announced today (4/11) their 2016 summer touring plans. Billed as "The Album Series: Drama + Topographic 1 & 4," the tour will feature the 1980 album DRAMA performed in its entirety, for the first time ever, and sides one and four of 1973's double album TALES FROM TOPOGRAPHIC OCEANS, plus a selection of their greatest hits.
