The Multi-Grammy Award winning troubadour Rodney Crowell is set to release Close Ties on March 31st via New West Records.  The 10-song set is his first album in over three years and follows The Traveling Kind, his acclaimed collection of duets with longtime collaborator Emmylou Harris.   Co-produced by Jordan Lehning and Kim Buie, the album features a duet with Sheryl Crow on the haunting “I’m Tied To Ya,” and “It Ain’t Over Yet,” a vocal collaboration with his ex-wife Rosanne Cash and John Paul White.

Austin-based Americana band The Traveling Ones delivers stirring harmony and sentimental blues-rock in its debut album, Meet Me There. For release February 3, 2017, the all-original studio project is a collaborative effort from two shining stars who – more than capable as separate artists – come together to create something truly special.

At 91 years old, legendary Guitar Master, Bucky Pizzarelli continues to make great music.

His protégé, Ed Laub (guitar and vocals) will once again join him to celebrate Bucky’s Birthday Bash 2017. These two guitar virtuosos will not be alone in this year’s celebration.

Bucky’s son, Martin Pizzarelli will return on bass. Konrad Paskudzki (piano) will take the seat behind our concert grand.

Released in 1977, Elegant Gypsy was the follow-up album to Al Di Meola’s debut release.  The distinctive music on the album is a fusion of jazz and rock, with Di Meola’s lightning-fast guitar riffs intermixed with lyrical acoustical passages.  The album was named Best Guitar Album in Guitar Player magazine and is generally regarded as a masterpiece in the rock-jazz fusion music genre.

On January 12 and 13th 2017, YOSHIKI will make his Carnegie Hall debut with "YOSHIKI CLASSICAL: Featuring Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra." Although known as the founder, songwriter and drummer of X JAPAN, YOSHIKI is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, composer, and musician.

Continuing a highly successful run through 2016, Stick Figure rang in the New Year with a pair of sold out shows at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver.  Colorado has been kind to the band the past year, and in return they’ve delivered a number of shows across the state. No resolution should change that.

Little Feat’s Bill Payne has found a kindred spirit in Magic Music, a top draw on the Colorado festival scene of the 1970s who released their acclaimed debut album in 2016.

Payne played piano and organ on the band’s self-titled set, which reintroduces material written (but never recorded) by the pioneering band prior to their 1976 breakup. Following a digital and CD release last fall, Magic Music has just issued a vinyl LP.

In a time where the music industry is topsy-turvy, we need artists like Karl Denson more than ever. The multifarious Denson fares innately in different genres, as bandleader or sideman, and paid his dues as a touring musician that came into his own. The San Diego based saxophonist first gained recognition as a member of Lenny Kravitz and quickly soon after broke through in the A-list jazz circuit. His ambitious bop-oriented Chunky Pecan Pie (1994) featured an impressive supporting lineup of Jack DeJohnette & Dave Holland.

For more than two decades, Lettuce have brought a new vitality to classic funk, matching their smooth and soulful grooves with a hip-hop-inspired urgency and mastery of beat. Now, on their fourth studio album Crush, drummer Adam Deitch, guitarists Adam Smirnoff and Eric Krasno, bassist Erick "Jesus" Coomes, keyboardist Neal Evans, saxophonist Ryan Zoidis, and trumpet player Eric Bloom deepen that sound by channeling the sonic freedom and infectious energy of their incendiary live show.
