Indie rock/blues band, Marty O'Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra, have announced a Spring 2018 tour in support of their recently released album, Stereoscope. The string of dates will kick off on March 14th at SXSW, and will include stops in New Orleans, LA, Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA and more, before wrapping up with a set at BottleRock in Napa, CA on May 27th. See below for a full list of dates.
Marty O’Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra have been building a dedicated following in the Bay Area through the word-of-mouth surrounding their live shows. This 4-piece from Santa Cruz fuse their Americana Roots background into a wholly progressive sound, taking their music into territory you would never expect from a resonator guitar, violin, upright bass, and drum kit.
It was a double whammy of new record releases at the Great American Music Hall for the Dead Winter Carpenters and The Sam Chase and the Untraditional. Both bands dropped highly anticipated new albums, but welcomed Marty O’Reilly and the Old Soul Orchestra to get the night going.
