Alison Krauss & Union Station, Punch Brothers, the Infamous Stringdusters, Sierra Hull and more join the McCoury Family for the 18th Annual DelFest
DelFest, the beloved bluegrass and roots music festival founded and hosted by bluegrass icon Del McCoury and his family, has officially announced the initial artist lineup for its 18th installment. Returning to the Allegany County Fairgrounds in Cumberland, Maryland this Memorial Day Weekend (May 21–24, 2026), DelFest once again promises a four-day celebration of world-class music and community.
With Del McCoury Band and The Travelin’ McCourys serving as the festival’s anchors, this year’s lineup welcomes a stellar roster of artists from across the bluegrass, Americana, and roots spectrum, including:
Del McCoury Band and The Travelin’ McCourys will once again anchor a weekend of unforgettable performances and spontaneous collaborations, while patrons enjoy the beautiful Potomac River and the natural splendor of Western Maryland at the Allegany County Fairgrounds.
“I’ve known Alison for nearly 40 years and it seems like at least half that time I’ve been trying to get her at DelFest,” shared festival host Del McCoury. “Can’t tell you how excited I am to have her [and the rest of this initial lineup] join us.”
In addition to the music, DelFest offers a full schedule of family- and kid-friendly programming, primitive and RV camping, and a community that truly feels like family. The festival continues to be a homecoming for bluegrass and Americana fans from around the world.
To celebrate today’s announcement, DelFest has teamed up with SiriusXM’s Bluegrass Junction (ch. 77) to present an exclusive Del McCoury Band in-studio performance, recorded live at SiriusXM in New York on October 27. The session premieres this Friday, November 14 at 11:00 AM ET, with additional airings on Friday at 9:00 PM, Saturday at 8:00 AM, Sunday at noon, and Monday at 9:00 PM. Tune in live on SiriusXM channel 77 in-car and on the SiriusXM app.
Bluegrass Junction listeners will also be treated to “DelsGiving,” a Thanksgiving Day retrospective of DelFest 2025 featuring the Del McCoury Band, The Travelin’ McCourys, Larry Sparks, Darrell Scott, Sister Sadie, and more. Further details on DelsGiving will be shared soon.
Tickets: Full on-sale for DelFest 2026 begins Wednesday, November 19 at noon ET. Multi-day passes, DELuxe VIP, RV, DelFest Academy, and child/teen tickets will be available. Onsite camping is included with all multi-day passes, allowing fans to fully immerse themselves in the festival experience. On- and offsite parking options are also available.
