Backstage Access Presents: Napa Valley Expands Artist Lineup

Backstage Access Presents has announced an additional wave of artists for its inaugural Napa Valley gathering, taking place April 14–16, further strengthening the event’s multi-format lineup with the addition of Shinedown, Liam St. John, Hannah Dasher, Jake Hoot, Kalsey Kulyk, Lace & Lee, Alannah McCready, Vi, and XOLEX.

These newly confirmed performers join an already diverse roster that includes Parker McCollum, Ty Myers, The 502s, Grace Potter, George Birge, Thelma & James, Maggie Rose, Karin Ann, Garrett Bradford, Julia Cole, Allie Colleen, Dalton Davis, FILMORE, Ian Flanigan, Kylie Frey, Bradley Gaskin, Erin Grand, Jacob Hackworth, Kruse Brothers, Brett Kissel, Alex Lambert, Madden Metcalf, Morgan Myles, Charly Reynolds, Emily Ann Roberts, Sacha, Tom Siletto, Matt Stell, Cyndi Thomson, and Dee White, with additional artists to be announced.

Country artist and viral TikTok personality Hannah Dasher is set to bring her signature sass to Napa Valley with a special on-site experience and appearance, adding a high-energy, personality-driven element to the event. Known for her bold style and culinary-meets-country brand, Dasher recently released her debut cookbook, Stand By Your Pan, and will help “livin’ up” the festivities with her unmistakable flair.

Designed to reflect how music is truly discovered and consumed today, Backstage Access Presents creates an environment where artists and industry leaders can connect outside traditional conference settings. Through curated live performances, shared meals, immersive experiences, and intentional downtime, the event breaks down barriers and encourages authentic relationship-building across formats.

Backstage Access Presents has also partnered with PickleJar to power the official mobile app for the event, providing attendees with a centralized digital hub for schedules, artist lineups, venue details, real-time updates, and interactive features designed to enhance on-site experience.

Curated by longtime music industry executive and experiential strategist Bobbii Jacobs, the multi-format destination gathering will bring together a hand-selected group of artists and industry tastemakers for three days of intimate performances, culinary experiences, world-class wine, and meaningful connections.

Known for her ability to bridge relationships across radio, media, brands, and live events, Jacobs has spent more than three decades building environments where conversation turns into collaboration and careers are meaningfully advanced. The Napa Valley event continues that legacy, pairing music with iconic destinations to foster deeper engagement among artists, programmers, music supervisors, partners, and tastemakers.

The launch of Backstage Access Presents follows the successful debut of Heartland in August 2025, a destination event held in Eastern Iowa that blended music, agriculture, and purpose. The inaugural Heartland event raised more than $100,000 for the Iowa State University Foundation, supporting the Iowa Concern Hotline and expanding mental wellness resources for farmers and ranchers. Featuring intimate performances, farm-to-table experiences, and a landmark closing concert at the Field of Dreams movie site, Heartland demonstrated Jacobs’ ability to create impactful, experience-driven events that resonate with both industry leaders and local communities.

More than a live music showcase, Backstage Access Presents is positioned as a breeding ground for collaboration, introducing artists across formats while allowing industry leaders to experience music in a setting that mirrors real life.

Additional details, including programming highlights, venue locations, and future destination announcements, will be revealed in the coming months.
