Twenty-five years into their journey, Railroad Earth continue to move forward with the same restless spirit that first made them a force in roots music. The band returns with Everything Keeps Changin’”, a brand-new single written by Todd Sheaffer and featuring Paul Hoffman of Greensky Bluegrass on vocals, arriving at midnight on April 17.

The track is the second preview from Railroad Earth’s forthcoming studio album, due later this year via Ineffable Records.

“Everything Keeps Changin’” is an upbeat reflection on the cycles of life, driven by momentum and perspective while staying rooted in the band’s signature fusion of bluegrass, Americana, and rock and roll. The collaboration with Hoffman comes from a friendship built over decades, and his voice slides naturally into Railroad Earth’s musical universe.

Hoffman shared:

“Railroad Earth and Greensky did a joint set in 2005 and I became enamored with the band. They brought us out on tour and since, we have shared years of memories and music. They have become a soundtrack for my life and the friendship we have shared for two decades. I was absolutely honored to participate on ‘Everything Keeps Changin’. I’ve long been a fan of Todd’s songwriting and am so grateful to share lyrics on this great piece.”

The release follows the recent single “Keep Your Eyes Open” featuring Daniel Donato and continues building momentum as Railroad Earth celebrates its silver anniversary in 2026. New music is expected in the months ahead as the band remains active on the road.

“Everything Keeps Changin’” is available at midnight on all major streaming platforms.
