Berlin-based psychedelic soul band Fata Morgana will release its third single, “Voice of Reason,” on October 23. Made up of Irish, Brazilian and German members, the emerging group takes a more introspective turn following its uplifting single “See Your High.”
The band describes “Voice of Reason” as an intimate, laid-back psychedelic piece that captures the raw energy of its live sound. Built around guitar, bass, drums and vocals, the recording pairs organic instrumentation with dreamy textures, exploring vulnerability while holding onto an underlying sense of optimism.
“A flag that waves and beckons us to carry on,” reads the band’s description of the track. “To listen to our own inner voice of reason.”
“Voice of Reason” will be available on all major streaming services October 23. For more information about Fata Morgana, visit the band’s official website.
