With over 10 billion global streams and a career defined by genre-defying collaborations and boundary-pushing live performances, ILLENIUM continues to cement his status as one of the most influential forces in modern electronic music. Due to popular demand, the GRAMMY-nominated electronic artist has announced he will return to Sphere in Las Vegas for two more dates of his groundbreaking ILLENIUM Presents ODYSSEY shows Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. ILLENIUM Presents ODYSSEY at Sphere, which previously took place March 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, April 2, 3 & 4, marks a bold new chapter for ILLENIUM, ushering in a heightened era of emotional storytelling, maximalist production, and world-building around his latest album ODYSSEY (Republic Records).
Over the course of the run ILLENIUM performed new material such as “Feels Like You,” “Love Is A Chemical” and “Monster.” He welcomed a variety of special guests to join him onstage to perform album cuts such as “Don’t Want Your Love” with global pop icon Ellie Goulding, “Feel Live” with Bastille and Dabin, “Forever” with Tom Grennan, “To The Moon” with Alok and “In My Arms” with HAYLA and Wooli, as well as from his 2023 self-titled album “Shivering” with Spiritbox’ Courtney LaPlante. As a surprise to fans the set featured a brand new single “Die Living,” (a collaboration with David Guetta and Dustin Lynch), with ILLENIUM accompanied by a string quartet becoming a highlight of the show.
ILLENIUM Presents ODYSSEY is a multi-sensory experience featuring Sphere’s next-generation technologies – including the world’s highest-resolution LED display and its advanced concert-grade audio system, Sphere Immersive Sound. Complementing the transcendent music, ODYSSEY’s breathtaking visuals are brought to life by Berlin based animation studio Woodblock in collaboration with Sphere Studios, both celebrated for cinematic storytelling and immersive design. The story begins with a familiar symbol to ILLENIUM fans, a fiery phoenix rising from the ashes and then threads around two female warriors in search of each other. On their way they learn self-acceptance and forgiveness, ultimately discovering themselves and a feeling of wholeness. In between the audience is taken through vortexes and wormholes, far away planets and into the demon’s lair. It is a classic hero’s journey, as the title ODYSSEY implies.
