Keller Williams will return to North Carolina’s Outer Banks for the seventh annual Keller Williams Duck Down, taking place Friday, July 24, and Saturday, July 25, at the Tap Shack in Duck.
The two-night gathering begins Friday with two sets of Keller’s Grateful Grass, Williams’ bluegrass interpretation of songs from the Grateful Dead catalog.
Saturday’s performance will feature a Keller Williams solo set followed by Keller Grass, bringing Williams’ improvisational approach together with the acoustic sounds of bluegrass.
Following Saturday’s Tap Shack performance, the weekend continues with a silent disco at The Roadside Bar & Grill from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. The late-night event will feature Williams performing as his alter ego, Hobby Weird.
Both Tap Shack concerts are general admission and will take place rain or shine. Doors open at 5 p.m., with music scheduled from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $39 per night. Admission to the silent disco is $20.
