Swanzey, NH’s Northlands Music and Arts Festival is proud to announce the addition of Super Sonic Shorties to their already star-studded artist lineup. The band's lineup reads like a who's who of the music world, featuring some of the most sought-after musicians in the industry, including Nikki Glaspie (Drums - The Nth Power), Katty Rodriguez (Saxophone - Beyoncé), Tonya Sweets (Bass - Lizzo), Jennifer Hartswick (Trumpet - Trey Anastasio Band), Ella Feingold (Guitar - Silk Sonic), Amy Bellamy (Keyboard - G. Love), Marcie Chapa (Percussion - Beyoncé), and Kanika Moore (Vocals - Doom Flamingo).

“I’m excited to be a part of a festival that recognizes the importance of empowering women at every level of our organization, not just ownership,” says co-owner of Northlands Jen Meyerhardt. “It creates an incredible atmosphere and we’re thrilled to have Super Sonic Shorties add to that experience.”

To celebrate this exciting addition and in support of Women’s History Month, a portion of proceeds from every ticket sold between now and Wednesday, March 15 will benefit FEMME HOUSE, a non-profit organization fostering opportunities for women and gender-expansive individuals behind the scenes in music.

"FEMME HOUSE’s core mission is to provide visual representation and opportunity at the highest levels of the music industry, and we’re so glad to be supported in that mission by partners like Northlands, who are serious not only about creating opportunities, but supporting organizations like ours so that we can do the same,” added Lauren Spalding, FEMME HOUSE co-founder.

Taking place on June 16-17, 2023, Northlands  will feature over thirty regional and nationally touring acts, including headliners The String Cheese Incident, Phish bassist Mike Gordon, Goose acoustic offshoot Orebolo, Vermont jam veterans Twiddle, funk outfit Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and rockers Andy Frasco and the U.N. The festival will also include exclusive performances from some of the Northeast's most promising emerging acts on the campground stage.

In addition to a great lineup, Northlands Music and Arts Festival is dedicated to environmental sustainability through the elimination of single-use plastics and a reduction in carbon footprint.

All ticket pricing will increase on March 15th, as Northlands enters Phase 2 pricing. Limited tickets remain, and attendance will be capped, so act fast to join us in June for an unforgettable experience!
