Sister Sadie Announces Western Tour Dates for August 2026

April 28, 2026 - Nashville, TN - Sister Sadie is heading out west this August. The two-time Grammy-nominated band will spend time this summer in Montana and Idaho, including stops in Sandpoint, Missoula, and Livingston, built around an appearance at the Braun Brothers Reunion in Challis.

The band started in Nashville, but it's never really been about place, it's about how they play: tight, intuitive, and admittedly fearless. They've picked up IBMA awards and Grammy nods along the way, but that's not what sticks when they perform live.

“We don't get up that way as often as we should, so anytime we do,” shared Deanie Richardson, “it feels a little special. Those crowds really listen — and they'll let you know if it's hittin' or not. That's the kind of room we like to play in.”

Each member of Sister Sadie — Deanie Richardson (fiddle), Gena Britt (banjo), Dani Flowers (vocals/guitar), Jaelee Roberts (vocals/guitar), Rainy Miatke (mandolin), and Katie Blomarz-Kimball — brings their own unique gift to the band, rounding them out as truly all-American.

They are moms, sisters, grandmothers who've come together as a unified force.

This run also comes as the band continues to introduce new material into the live set, including “Marlboros in Muskogee,” a sharp, modern take about life on the road that already connects with audiences, and “Albatross,” a Miatke-penned instrumental that leans fully into the band's technical firepower and chemistry.
