A brand-new chapter in roots-music celebration begins this Labor Day weekend when the Unbroken Circle Music Festival transforms Madison’s riverfront Bicentennial Park into a three-day, no-overlap concert paradise, September 4-6, 2025.

Set against the Ohio River where the beloved River Roots Festival once thrived, Unbroken Circle carries forward that intimate, artist-focused spirit—pairing small-town hospitality with a lineup that reads like a greatest-hits mixtape of Americana, country and bluegrass. Headliners Turnpike Troubadours, Marcus King Band, Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Charles Wesley Godwin, Blackberry Smoke, and Paul Cauthen top a bill of twenty acts performing one at a time—so fans can soak in every note without choosing between stages.

The full 2025 roster also features Evan Honer, Silverada, Drayton Farley, Vincent Neil Emerson, Cole Chaney, Sunny Sweeney, Sons of Habit, Leah Blevins, Joe Stamm, Cristina Vane, Dallas Moore, Wild Horses, Isaac Rudd, and Vaguely Familiar, ensuring a steady flow of twang, soul and six-string fireworks from the first downbeat to the last late-night jam.

Festivalgoers can expect:

Riverside camping steps from the stage, with sunrise views over the water

Zero overlapping sets—every artist gets the spotlight, and fans miss nothing

Cold beverages, regional food trucks and local artisans showcasing southern-Indiana flavor

After-hours performances that keep the music rolling beneath the stars

A welcoming community vibe captured by the festival’s rallying cry, #GrowTheCircle

“As musicians and longtime fans ourselves, we designed Unbroken Circle to feel like the front-porch pickin’ party of our dreams—just a little bigger and right on the river,” said festival organizers. “Madison’s historic downtown, the rolling hills, and the generosity of this community make it the perfect setting for a gathering where artists and audiences truly connect.”

Three-day passes, single-day tickets, and camping packages are on sale now at www.unbrokencirclefest.com. Quantities are limited, and early purchase is encouraged.

Join the circle this September and experience the magic only a small-town festival—fueled by big-league talent and a shared love of roots music—can deliver.
