Denver-based band Sour Magic is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of their third single, "High Tide". Set to drop on Friday March 10th, this crackling warm track is promising to reshape the band’s sound again, just in time for sunny weather.

“This one’s a throwback Surf jam in many ways, but, as always with Sour Magic, there’s a dramatic twist or irony. It’s about rising tides, climbing temperatures, distrust of authority, and the seeming hopelessness of it all” said Bass player Drew Morse.

Boundary-breaking and genre-defying are handy terms to use in describing musical artists, but while they can lend a certain cachet to a project, music that really eludes easy description is actually pretty rare. A brand new music festival is coming to the Catskills this fall, and it promises to be one of the most exciting events of the year. Cave Mountain Catskills Music Festival will take place on September 15-16, 2023 at the beautiful Windham Mountain. On Friday, March 24 at 8 PM, Flushing Town Hall will present Octogenarian Women of Jazz during Women’s History Month.

“Time takes its toll,” sings the 77-year-old Bruce Cockburn on the opening song, “On A Roll,” his 35th album, O Sun O Moon, out on May 12 via True North Records.  “But in my soul / I’m on a roll.”

Catbird Music Festival has shared the star-studded lineup for this year’s inaugural edition of the new two-day camping festival, taking place August 19-20 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, NY, marking the first camping and music event on the historic field since the original 1969 Woodstock Music & Art Fair.

Following the reveal of a spring tour run, Gov’t Mule has now announced a 12-date summer amphitheater tour. The Dark Side of the Mule Tour, produced by Live Nation, features the return of the GRAMMY-nominated band’s renowned and extremely rare Pink Floyd tribute performance which will follow a full Mule set and very special guest Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening opening.
