LOCKN' has long been hailed for presenting extraordinary artist collaborations and this year's hugely anticipated festival promises some of the most exceptional pairings in the 4-day camping event's already remarkable history. LOCKN' takes place August 23-26 in Arrington, VA at Infinity Downs, LOCKN's 387-acre property located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

On August 17, Fruition will release a new EP Fire. A fan favorite among their live shows, the band have shared a video for their scorching live version of the title track, which they performed at Red Rocks last year. They'll return to Red Rocks August 18 for a show with Railroad Earth, and hit the road for an extensive fall tour to support the new EP.

THE INFAMOUS STRINGDUSTERS-Grammy Award-winners in 2018 for "Best Bluegrass Album"-have announced a four-show run in Colorado to help ring in 2019. Set for December 28 and 29 in Frisco, CO and December 30 and 31 in Denver, the concerts will help wind up what has been an epic year for the band.

Today, TheBigWonderful announces its Fall 2018 schedule of events, with the addition of a brand new location in Westminster, CO. Kicking off the BEERFEST, BLUEGRASS, and BAZAAR activities on September 8th in Westminster, TheBigWonderful then makes its return to Downtown Littleton on September 28-29th, celebrating the re-opening of the Reinke Brothers’ legendary Haunted Mansion, and to the old Denver Post Headquarters in Globeville on October 6-7th, 2018.

Spafford. Still waters run deep with this Phoenix band.  Often described as patient jams, they are putting out another dimension for creative types.  The immersive community and collaborative culture they are honing is described nicely by Andrew “Red” Johnson when we sat down to chat about how the Summer tour is going and what we can look forward to in Spafford’s future, including their debut performance at Lockn' Festival on Sunday afternoon (2:15 PM).

It was a spectacular night for a concert at the Huntington Bank Pavilion on Northerly Island last Sunday. Although it was the dog days of July, the temperatures were reasonable, there was no rain, and there was a pleasant breeze off of Lake Michigan. And what about the music?  That was spectacular as well!

No Dry County, better known as NDC, comprised of Trent Langford (Singer/Songwriter/Guitar/Keys), Matt Newsom (Drums/Vocals), Dub Wood (Bass/Vocals) and Bristen Phillips (Guitars/Keys), began in 2009, as an 80’s cover band. Developing a sound of their own, NDC released their debut EP Ella Rose in 2011 followed by their sophomore EP To Whom It May Concern in 2012 and debut full-length, The Night Before, in 2015.

Brooklyn based band Underground System is embracing all that they are, and what they stand for, on their forthcoming album, WHAT ARE YOU. Due out September 7th on Soul Clap Records.
