SUNSET STRIP MUSIC FESTIVAL (SSMF) organizers have announced the full lineup for the annual three-day event kicking off Thursday, August 16 and culminating on Saturday, August 18 with an all-day street festival. THE DOORS will be the 2012 festival honorees.

Music On the Mountaintop has confirmed the second round of artists slated for the fifth annual three-day music festival outside of Boone, North Carolina this August 24-26, 2012. The newest artists joining the performer lineup at the camping festival includes: The Dirty Dozen Brass Band; Greensky Bluegrass; Naked Gods; Rose's Pawn Shop; and Salem Speaks.

Turning into what looked like someone’s driveway (is this the right place?), we were relieved to hear that we had reached our destination (albeit, more rugged than we expected).
