The 14th annual All Good Festival announced on 4/20 the addition of two additional artists to the already packed lineup as well as the groups performing late-night at the event. The festival introduces the debut of ‘Moonshine Breakfast’ with Keller Williams & The Keels, offering the classic mountaintop breakfast of moonshine and bluegrass taking place one morning of the event.

With a voice as chilling as Janis Joplin’s and as sweetly strong as Eva Cassidy’s, Grace Potter proves that behind her girl-next-door bangs and thrift store-chic style, she has the chops to make rock ’n’ roll history.

As I make my annual pilgrimage to my 6th Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, I cannot help but see the nostalgia in the place that is so familiar for many reasons. It starts with the car ride, where I feel like I can drive forever because I cannot wait to pass those Bonnaroo toll booths that symbolize a sense of accomplishment and enlightenment that is about to take place. The way I see it, I now have 96 hours of church to fill my soul until next year.

The wait is over! ROTHBURY has unveiled 2009’s complete Festival Schedule and Map, presented this year by the Michigan State Lottery. Visit www.rothburyfestival.com to view both.

In keeping with the event's continued effort to balance renowned national touring acts with local artists, Norwalk, CT-based singer, songwriter and musician PJ Pacifico has earned the final slot on the 2009 Gathering of the Vibes Main Stage. Pacifico will be the festival's opening bookend to one of his earliest musical influences Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN), who will close the festival on Sunday, July 26.

Phil Lesh & Friends played the Greek Theater in Los Angeles last night and Grateful Web was on hand to snap some photos.

As I said, I had gone back to camp earlier to make sure things were as secured as possible and to attach the tent to the car just in case I needed to sleep in there that night. Good thing I had.  I awoke about 4 a.m. to raging winds and wicked rain.  I seemed securely attached…for now. The wind was blowing so hard that my tent was beginning to lean sideways.
