Two-time Grammy Award winners and multi-platinum artists Zac Brown Band have been added to the 2012 DeLuna Fest lineup. Set upon the sandy white beaches of Pensacola Beach, FL, Zac Brown Band will take DeLuna Fest’s oceanfront main stage the weekend of September 21 – 23, 2012. Also joining the lineup are Fitz and the Tantrums, Honey Island Swamp Band, The Canvas Waiting, Astronautalis, High On Fire, Brass-A-Holics and a Sunday Gospel Brunch set from The Legendary JCs.

Award-winning mandolinist and music producer David Grisman announced today the release of Del and Dawg - Hardcore Bluegrass in the Dawg House. The album features 16 tracks from two recording sessions with celebrated bluegrass master Del McCoury and his band.

Last night as I entered the Ace Bar for Shoe Groove, I was greeted by Old Shoe’s manager Mike Kaiz.  He saw that I was burdened with my arms full of stuff and gestured to the back booth.  Reflecting back upon this, not only was this show a great summer skin showing show, but also an entire club where everyone could set their stuff together.
