Honoring musical icon Joni Mitchell's legacy and 75th birthday, Decca Records released The Music Center Presents Joni 75: A Birthday Celebration on March 8, 2019. On Joni's 75th birthday last November, a star-studded roster of musicians gathered together to pay tribute to the legendary singer-songwriter. The evening was recorded and is now subsequently being released. It features performances by Brandi Carlile; Glen Hansard; Emmylou Harris; Norah Jones; Chaka Khan; Diana Krall; Kris Kristofferson; Los Lobos with La Marisoul, Cesar Castro & Xochi Flores; Graham Nash; James Taylor; Seal; Rufus Wainwright; and more.

Brandi Carlile will continue her extensive tour through 2019 including a special debut headline performance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on September 14. Additional stops include Chicago’s Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island, St. Paul’s Minnesota State Fair, Philadelphia’s The Mann and Berkeley’s The Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley among others. The Old Settler’s Music Festival has announced their 2019 daily lineup, taking place April 11-14 in Tilmon, TX.  Four-time Grammy Award winner and festival alumnus Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit will perform an acoustic set on Friday, April 12, and six-time 2019 Grammy nominee Brandi Carlile will perform on Saturday, April 13.  Full lineups by day are below, and day tickets are on sale now at the festival’s site,

Central Texas’s only spring festival offering bluegrass, folk, and Americana performers on three stages over four days, Old Settler’s Music Festival has released the first glimpse of the 2019 lineup, slated for April 11-14 in Tilmon, TX. Early Bird tickets to the festival have already sold out, and advance tickets are available now at www.oldsettlersmusicfest.org.

Topping this coming year’s lineup will be two big debut performers in Phil Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band and The String Cheese Incident. Joining them will be a number of veteran FloydFest performers in Brandi Carlile, Karl Denson and Tiny Universe, Tyler Childers and more.

Austin City Limits Music Festival (ACL) is a fixture in every Austinite’s schedule.
