The 5th Suwannee Roots Revival takes place Thursday, October 14 - Sunday, October 17 at the renowned Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Florida.

An Artist who draws inspiration from the spiritual connection between people and place and time, these themes become self-evident on Britton Patrick Morgan’s latest album, “I Wanna Start A Band.” The album's title track was the inspiration for putting together a dream band of players that Morgan has gotten to know over the years, including Grammy winner and former Johnny Cash bassist Dave Roe, B3 and keys player Kevin McKendree (Grammy for work with Delbert McClinton), and Darrell Scott on pedal steel.

Featuring Grammy nominated singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Darrell Scott on pedal steel guitar, Britton Patrick Morgan’s new single “Time Just Goes Away” is a pensive reflection on time itself, bittersweet memories, and the eternal hope for a better tomorrow.

Couchville Sessions, the new album from venerable Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Darrell Scott will be released on May 13th via Full Light Records. Ever the unconventional artist, Scott has always forged his own path. He has penned hit songs for mainstream artists, and has had songs covered by over 70 others spanning from from Keb Mo’ to Mary Gauthier.

The prayers of roots-music fans will at long last be answered on Sept. 17 with the release of Memories & Moments, the second studio album from highly regarded writer/singer/multi-instrumentalists Tim O’Brien and Darrell Scott, released on their newly formed Full Skies imprint, a compound of O’Brien’s Howdy Skies and Scott’s Full Light labels through Thirty Tigers.
