The Grammy Award-winning, 12-piece rock and soul powerhouse Tedeschi Trucks Band (TTB) brings its electrifying live show to Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two special nights on Friday, August 1 (Garcia's birthday) and Saturday, August 2, 2025. Joined by up-and-coming rockers Grace Bowers & The Hodge Podge, this memorable weekend will showcase TTB’s lauded musicianship and genre-defying repertoire in one of the world’s most breathtaking venues.

Watching them, it doesn’t hurt that the junior Allman and Betts share their dads’ genetic exteriors. Betts, in particular, has features that emulate his famous father. Better still, Devon and Duane’s voices have tone and timbre similar to Gregg and Dickey, and their guitar shredding and (for Devon) organ skills would make their papas and Uncle Duane proud. I’m still going to vote for Derek Trucks as the top of a very impressive heap in this generation of Allman Bros. spinoffs—but he actually played in the Allman Brothers, so maybe he doesn’t count. I suppose that bumps D & D up to the pinnacle.

Today, Grace Bowers, 18 year old, meteorically fast rising guitarist, songwriter and bandleader dropped a music video (directed by Athena Kulb) for Madame President, the timely song from her breakout album Wine On Venus.

Grace Bowers, 18 year old, meteorically fast rising guitarist, songwriter and bandleader recently released a live video of “Going To California” her new single, a reimagination of Led Zeppelin classic “Going To California,” with production from John Osborne (of Osborne Brothers) and mastering done by Emily Lazar. The live video was recorded at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, TN. Joining Bowers on the stage were Sierra Hull on mandolin and Caroline Jones on vocals and banjo.
