That’s called “stank face” and it's a direct byproduct of ingesting music from the greasiest, funkiest band on today’s music scene, Lettuce. But don’t worry, the Boston-formed group has been having this effect on listeners and concertgoers for going on three decades with zero cases of permanent damage.
This past weekend, Grammy award winning guitarist Eric Krasno set out on a coast-to-coast, two-week tour to promote his latest creation Always. Released on February 4th, this second solo endeavor is packed full of the quality compositions and visceral voyages that Krasno is recognized for in the studio as well as the live setting.

Celebrating its 30th year in 2022, High Sierra Music Festival is continuing to add to its milestone-year party, returning to Quincy, CA, June 30th through July 3rd. Today’s lineup appeals to as broad a range of fans as ever before, all the while keeping true to High Sierra’s legacy; an environment that has kept fans and musicians thrilled to return year after year, for three decades.
Jazz, funk, soul and hip hop fusion specialists Lettuce delivered a high energy show of dancing fun last night at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, NY. They are right in the middle of their "Bring Back the Love Tour 2021," and certainly finding their stride musically as they bring love to their fans through music.
On his fourth full-length solo album, ‘Always,’ songwriter-producer Eric Krasno celebrates the permanence of family, in a time when the world seems especially unstable. The album’s third single, “Alone Together,” released today, is about the beauty that can be created between two people in solitude. “You and I, alone together now,” Krasno sings. “I didn’t know we could create something divine an innocent in a time so cold.”
On “Silence,” the new single from songwriter-producer Eric Krasno’s forthcoming solo album ‘Always’ (2/4, Mascot Label Group), Krasno explores the emotional havoc that a lack of communication can wreak on the human psyche. “Silence is a song I wrote a number of years ago about the torture of not knowing,” he explains.
Beach Road Weekend has announced a new all star lineup for the 3-day music festival, and is slated to be one of the best weekends for live music in the summer of 2022. The festival will feature performances by Beck, Wilco, The Avett Brothers, Lord Huron, Jason Isbell, Billy Strings and many more August 26-28th.
