As an alternative to the campout festival, the inaugural 4848 Festival is offering festival lovers an evolved summer experience. Taking place July 11 - 13 atop Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, WV (at 4848’ above sea level), patrons get everything a festival has to offer, while experiencing premier accommodations within the resort’s Mountain Village, complete with modern amenities atypical to a three-day summer festival.

The inaugural Wanee Block Party presented by The Allman Brothers Band comes to Fort Lauderdale, Florida across three stages in Revolution Live, America’s Backyard, and Stache Drinking Den + Coffee Bar over two days: Friday March 22 (doors at 8PM) and Saturday March 23, 2019 (doors at 2PM). The debut collaboration of Jaimoe’s Mississippi Allstars (Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band + Cody & Luther Dickinson) will perform in Revolution Live on Friday night, followed by live music beginning at 2PM on Saturday across all three stages, featuring The Marcus King Band, North Mississippi Allstars, and more.
Marcus King and Billy Strings, two of the hottest names on today’s music scene, will join forces for a world-debut “King & Strings” set on May 25th at Rooster Walk, the festival announced today.
King will join Strings and his band for the duration of a late-night, 2-hour set at RW10, and iconic drummer Jeff Sipe will also sit in for the latter portion of the performance.

As frontman for The Black Crowes—one of the most prolific and celebrated rock 'n' roll bands of its generation—he co-wrote classics like "Jealous Again," "Remedy," "She Talks To Angels," "Twice As Hard" and "Sometimes Salvation." With a desire to breathe new life into this storied repertoire, Robinson has gathered five musicians whose musical journeys intertwine with his own, including guitarists Marcus King and Audley Freed, keyboardist Adam MacDougall, bassist Andy Hess and drummer Tony Leone.

This past Saturday at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, Nederland’s own Yonder Mountain String Band and longtime jam legends Gov’t Mule co-headlined an action-packed show filled with sit-ins, surprises and an incredible all-star tribute to the late great Gregg Allman. It was the first time in over ten years that Yonder and Gov’t Mule have teamed up for a show. The Marcus King Band also joined in on the festivities, as members of all three bands sat in with one another throughout their respective sets.
