The Colorado Chautauqua Association is proud to announce the 2019 Summer Concert Series in the historic Auditorium, filled with something for everyone. TOMMMY EMMANUEL is a lot of things: an esteemed Grammy-nominated guitarist, composer and performer whose must-see shows combine virtuosity with his engaging storytelling wit. He's a prolific recording artist, has been twice voted Best Acoustic Guitarist by readers of Guitar Player magazine and honored as a Member of the Order of Australia. He's also a road warrior and a modern medicine man.

Two of the three remaining Certified Guitar Players (an honor bestowed by Chet Atkins)--TOMMY EMMANUEL and JOHN KNOWLES--will release their collaborative instrumental album HEART SONGS on Friday, January 11 via CGP Sounds/Thirty Tigers. The twosome also just launched their tour this past Tuesday night (January 8) in San Francisco, a coast-to-coast swing with multiple two-night engagements set for New York, Boston, Alexandria (VA), Minneapolis, Atlanta, and Franklin (TN). The tour wraps February 26 in Nashville at the Grand Ole Opry.

Esteemed Grammy-nominated guitarist, composer and performer TOMMY EMMANUEL has announced additional dates for this fall's "Tommy Emmanuel with Very Special Guest Jerry Douglas" tour. The trek will kick off November 29 at the Steifel Theatre for the Performing Arts in Salina, Kansas and run through December 19 with new stops added in Boulder, Seattle, Portland, Beverly Hills, Albuquerque and Dallas.
