On January 21, five-time GRAMMY winner Keb’ Mo’ released his new full-length Good To Be via Rounder Records. The album debuted atop multiple Billboard Charts: #1 on the Blues Album chart, #5 on the Americana/Folk chart, and #11 on the Heatseekers Chart. Over the weekend, Mo’ spoke with Weekend Edition about the new album.

Today Petaluma Records released the official video for “Stompin' Ground” featuring Aaron Neville and Dirty Dozen Brass Band. The new recording is the second single unveiled from the upcoming soundtrack release Take Me To The River: New Orleans. The music video for “Stompin' Ground” features footage taken from the forthcoming feature documentary film Take Me To The River: New Orleans, which celebrates the undeniable musical history, heritage, legacy, culture, and influence of New Orleans and Louisiana.

Old Crow Medicine Show releases “Bombs Away,” the latest single from the GRAMMY award-winning band’s seventh studio album Paint This Town (out April 22 via ATO Records). The clip was filmed in Mo’s hometown of Compton, California, and features the famed Compton Cowboys. Last week Keb’ Mo’ performed “Good To Be (Home Again)” on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
 

Colin Hay is excited to announce that his upcoming album Now And The Evermore will be released on March 18, 2022 via Lazy Eye/Compass Records. Along with the announcement, Hay shared the album’s title track from the album, featuring a guest appearance from Ringo Starr who played drums on the track.

Austin-based songwriter Tody Castillo announces a new record entitled Old Rodriguez will be released on April 8 via Strolling Bones Records. Castillo produced the album himself and recorded the songs with Grammy Award-winning engineer Steve Christensen (Steve Earle, Robert Ellis, Khruangbin, Paul McCartney). He’s released a video for the first single, “March for Miles,” a narrative, guitar-lead track inspired by his grandfather’s time as a glider volunteer in the South Pacific during WWII.
