To celebrate their 50th-anniversary, the legendary godfathers of reggae Black Uhuru, along with Chico Roots-Rock crew Dylans Dharma, are partnering with SoCal independent label LAW Records to announce the release of their latest album New Day (to be released May 13, 2022).

On Saturday March 12th, B Chord Brewery presents a night of psychedelic jams, upbeat rock, New Orleans funk, and deep blues featuring Born Cross Eyed ("Northern Virginia's #1 Grateful Dead Tribute Band"), world traveled guitarist/vocalist Sol Roots, and more. The scenic B Chord Brewery is located in Round Hill Virginia, and the live music entertainment will be provided from 5:30pm until 11pm.

Blü Egyptian (Chico, Ca) will be on tour of Northern California, Oregon and Nevada this spring to promote the release of their second album "Dame Un Segundo." THE JACK KEROUAC HOUSE OF ST PETERSBURG launches its 2022 calendar on March 12 with a celebration for the 100th birthday of its namesake, famous author and Beat pioneer Jack Kerouac. Kerouac lived with his wife Stella and his mother Gabrielle in the house at 5169 10th Ave N from 1967 until his death on October 21, 1969. The Jack Kerouac House of St. Petersburg Inc.

What starts as a simple surf trip turns into a pastoral meditation on the passage of time and the value of work, as we’re taken into the dreamtime of a cowboy in Central America. The album culminates in the killing of a mythical bull and the parade that follows.

Melissa Etheridge, the 1990s rock icon and Grammy Award winner, brings her “One Way Out Tour” to the Samala Showroom at 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 24 at the Chumash Casino Resort. Tickets for the show are $59, $64, $69, $79 and $89.
