Last night, 2x GRAMMY®-nominated, multi-platinum artist Noah Kahan and his mental health nonprofit The Busyhead Project returned to Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont for their second annual Folk & Fairways Benefit Concert & Golf Tournament, welcoming attendees for two days of music, golf, and community, culminating last night with an acoustic performance from Kahan. The event marked a major milestone for Kahan and The Busyhead Project, who have now raised over $13 million to date towards mental health resources since launching in 2023.

Following 2025’s successful inaugural year which raised more than $1 million for The Busyhead Project, this year’s Folk & Fairways tripled that amount and raised $3 million. The event featured 36 holes of golf between two golf courses, along with a range of curated experiences leading into Kahan’s closing performance. All proceeds from the two-day event will once again benefit The Busyhead Project and its work to expand access to mental health resources and make mental healthcare more accessible for all.
Leading up to this year’s Folk & Fairways, Kahan has had a standout run of recent career moments. Earlier this week, he delivered a moving performance of Simon & Garfunkel’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” during the In Memoriam segment at the 78th Emmy Awards. He also recently appeared at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles for an in-depth conversation and performance, where he was joined by GRAMMY® award-winning producer and collaborator Aaron Dessner.
Throughout his career, Noah Kahan has made supporting The Busyhead Project and expanding access to mental health resources a central part of his work. Earlier this year, Kahan and Live Nation announced that as part of the North American leg of The Great Divide World Tour, each would commit a minimum of $1 million through the Make A Difference ticketing program, generating at least $2 million in additional support for The Busyhead Project and its mission to expand access to mental health resources. He has since wrapped his sold-out North American stadium run of The Great Divide World Tour, which continues across Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and Europe this fall. He also announced a run of additional 2027 U.K. dates as part of The Last Of The Bugs Tour, including three shows at Wembley Stadium.
