The Garcia Project Announces “Days Between” 2025 Summer Tour, Marking 15 Years of Re-creating Classic Jerry Garcia Band Performances

The Garcia Project, widely regarded for its meticulous re-creations of historic Jerry Garcia Band (JGB) concerts, will celebrate a decade-and-a-half of keeping the music alive with the “Days Between” 2025 Summer Tour. From July 29 through August 16, the ensemble will thread together 14 dates across the Northeast and Midwest, each night pairing a period-accurate JGB set list (1976-1995) with the vintage tempos, grooves, and soulful dynamics that defined Garcia’s own stage presence.

The run launches with a two-night stand at the intimate Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center in Old Saybrook, Connecticut (July 29 & 30). Each performance will spotlight a different era of Garcia’s solo catalog, giving returning fans a reason to attend both shows; patrons who do will receive an exclusive 12″ × 18″ commemorative art print. On August 1, the tour shifts to the ornate Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for a birthday celebration honoring what would have been Jerry Garcia’s 83rd trip around the sun. A week later, on August 9, The Garcia Project reprises its tradition of remembrance with a special memorial concert in Trenton, New Jersey—closing the emotionally resonant “Days Between” that bind Garcia’s birth and passing.

In keeping with the band’s mission as a “Jerry Garcia Band Time Machine,” every performance will feature a historically sourced set list delivered with the same arrangements and feel that Garcia brought to the stage. Whether recreating the gospel-driven uplift of a late-’70s show or the polished power of an early-’90s night, The Garcia Project’s attention to detail has earned praise from original JGB members and die-hard Deadheads alike.
