The Disco Biscuits’ annual Colorado Bisco Inferno run is officially in the books, and what a weekend it was. Beginning with a three-night run at Denver’s Ogden Theatre, and capped by a massive performance Sunday night at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Philadelphia quartet delivered top-notch jams, bust-outs, and covers that had even the most experienced Biscuits fans reeling for more.

Pink Talking Fish is a hybrid fusion band covering the legendary music of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, and Phish. The band consists of 4 members. Richard James on keyboards, Eric Gould on bass, Zack Burwick on drums and Dave Brunyak on guitar and vocals. This band really knows how to embody the strong emotions in Pink Floyd's music. Also, the unique musical composition of Phish and the fun energetic funky beats of Talking Heads. Pink Talking Fish manages to blend all these sounds together to create an amazing story within every performance.

Grateful Web recently had the privilege of catching up with classic rock bassist Jack Casady. The seventy-four-year-old Rock’n’Roll Hall of Famer was inducted with Jefferson Airplane, but his musician partnership with Jorma Kaukonen as the celebrated revival blues group Hot Tuna goes back even farther. Many of our readers know the history surrounding the beginnings of Tuna.

2018 Salmonfest highlights not one but three female singers and then some! Join us for our sixth straight year of female headliner at Salmonfest.  Brandi Carlile is back and with a new hit album! Joined by Sue Foley, one of the finest blues and roots artists working today. And Kristy Lee, a southern soul shouter! Lee is a legend of the underground that keeps popping up and she will make her Salmonfest debut this year.

Acclaimed singer, songwriter and performer Tyler Childers will embark on an extensive, nationwide tour this fall with headline performances in his largest rooms and venues to date. Stops include Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Bowl, Philadelphia’s Union Transfer, Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club, San Francisco’s The Fillmore and L.A.’s The Troubadour among several others. Continuing our mission of bringing live music to the Ozarks in a sustainable and responsible way, we are thrilled to host this years’ festival right here in our hometown.
