Music lovers and Lucinda Williams fans are invited to an inspiring evening that blends live performance, documentary screening, and conversation as Finding Lucinda comes to San Francisco on Friday, October 3.

Presented as an official Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Out of the Park show, this event benefiting Sweet Relief and the Bay Area Musicians Fund celebrates the early life, creative spark, and lasting influence of the legendary singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams.

It is set to be the biggest music weekend in Quincy’s 400-year history as  thousands will fill Veterans Memorial Stadium to see two musical icons celebrate the city’s rich history, diversity, culture, people and ideas that have shaped America. The fun starts this Saturday, August 2,  when country superstar Darius Rucker performs to a sold-out crowd. Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Fogerty along with special guest Hearty Har keeps the party going on Sunday, August 3.. Tickets are still available for the Fogerty show at Quincy400.com.  

 

Beloved Baltimore funk quartet Pigeons Playing Ping Pong is thrilled to announce their return to The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY for two nights– December 19th and 20th, 2025. These performances mark a triumphant return to the renowned rock palace, where the band recently recorded their acclaimed live album, Live at The Capitol Theatre (released January 2025), capturing the unfiltered energy of their sold-out 2024 show.

Jam‑rock titans Phish returned to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center for the twenty‑fourth time in their career on July 25, 2025, kicking off a three‑night run at the storied venue. The band has decades of jam‑filled history at the lush, tree‑covered site they first played nearly thirty‑three years ago, and they did not disappoint.

THE STRAY CATS—all three original members Brian Setzer (guitar, vocals), Lee Rocker (upright bass, vocals), and Slim Jim Phantom (drums, vocals)—have today (July 28) announced their return to the road this fall for a cross‑country, month‑long tour. Set to kick off October 25, the iconic, multi‑million‑selling band will be bringing their legendary, explosive live show and red‑hot rock & roll to audiences nationwide.

In 2012 John McCutcheon released an album honoring Woody Guthrie’s 100th birthday. In 2015 he released an album in memory of the 100th anniversary of labor songwriter Joe Hill’s execution by the state of Utah. Then in 2019 he honored Pete Seeger’s 100th birthday by gathering a boatload of his music friends and putting new twists on Seeger classics.  These recordings were interspersed with albums of songs from his own prolific catalogue.
