Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has shared the lineup for this year’s edition of the internationally acclaimed camping festival, taking place June 16-19, 2022 on the Bonnaroo Farm, located just 60 miles southeast of Nashville in Manchester, TN. Bonnaroo 2022 will once again present a wide-ranging bill featuring a spectacular selection of top artists performing around the clock across more than 10 unique stages over the four-day festival.

The palindrome inclined jam band Dopapod is making no haste in 2022, and about to kick off a stacked winter tour. They will hit the road with support from Eggy for most of the run.

Groove Science Studios, creator of virtual reality music platform Soundscape VR (SVR), has announced the addition of multi-platinum-selling rock band Evanescence, electronic music sensation Griz, American jam band Umphrey’s McGee, and fresh news faces in electronic music Memo Rex and Crescendoll to the Soundscape VR Magic Mirror content platform.

Singer/songwriter Joan Osborne will release a digital single of “Shake Your Hips” on January 21. Recorded live at WXPK in 2012, the track is from her forthcoming album Radio Waves, which will be released on February 22.

MerleFest, presented by Window World, is proud to announce the second round of artist additions for MerleFest 2022, which will be held April 28-May 1, 2022. Old Crow Medicine Show, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Steep Canyon Rangers, Allison Russell, and We Banjo 3 will join an already impressive lineup which includes performances by Emmylou Harris, Greensky Bluegrass, Rissi Palmer, and more. MerleFest is the annual late April homecoming of musicians and music fans on the campus of Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, North Carolina.

The Park City Music Hall in Bridgeport, CT is a newly revitalized music venue teeming with emerging artists in the jam scene as well as other genres. It also provided the perfect location for assembling an all star squad of jam band and jazz musicians. Last Friday, Eric DiBerardino from Tea Leaf Green decided to do just that, and invited more than a bakers dozen of his talented musician friends from bands like Deep Banana Blackout and Kung Fu in honor of his birthday.

The Baltimore based jam quartet Pigeons Playing Ping Pong moved their upcoming shows on January 14-15 at Philadelphia's Fillmore Philly to the Brooklyn Bowl Philly. Thankfully the venues are next door to each other, thus any fans who don't get word of the shift won't have to travel far. The band is kicking off their Winter 2022 tour at the Philadelphia shows, and ready to deliver their signature blend of psychedelic funk.
