Celebrating the adventurous spirit of Lowell native author Jack Kerouac, the Fourth Annual The Town and The City Festival returns April 28 and 29, 2023. According to Merriam-Webster, to collaborate is defined as “to work jointly with or together, especially in an intellectual manner” and for music fans, we love this word.
