This May, The Garcia Project returns to Colorado for a limited, once-a-year tour that promises to transport fans back to the golden era of the Jerry Garcia Band. Celebrating their 15th anniversary and honoring the 30th year since Jerry Garcia’s passing, the band is set to deliver soul-stirring performances that capture the essence of Garcia’s music.

Friends of Jerry Garcia Amphitheater today announce the 23rd Annual Jerry Day, San Francisco’s civic and cultural celebration of native son and one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time, founding member of The Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, on Saturday, August 2 at the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater in San Francisco’s Excelsior District.

Len Dell'Amico has a shelf full of books about Jerry Garcia and Grateful Dead, but he hasn’t read many of them. On the other hand, he has written one himself that is well worth reading.

This spring, The Garcia Project embarks on a powerful, soul-stirring tour across the country. As the band marks our 15th anniversary as a band, we also commemorate the 30th anniversary of Jerry Garcia’s passing. It is our honor to carry on this music—celebrating the spirit, joy, and healing power of Jerry’s songs with each of you.

Special Two-Night Celebrations

Stella Blue’s Band is excited to announce the sixth annual Free Dead in the Park concert to benefit Riverkeeper, presented by The Capitol Theatre and RYTHM Premium Cannabis. Following in the footsteps of the Grateful Dead more than 50 years ago, Stella will take to the same stage at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park in New York City at 4:30pm on Tuesday, May 13, for two sets of music to raise awareness and funds to help clean up and protect the Hudson River and its ecosystem.

Melvin Seals & JGB are set to embark on a good old-fashioned ground tour beginning this Wednesday at The Hamilton Live in Washington, DC, before hitting the road for an eight-show trek around the Northeast. Renowned for carrying on the rich musical legacy of the Jerry Garcia Band, Melvin Seals & JGB will treat fans to a spirited blend of rock, gospel, soul, and rhythm and blues in every stop along the way.
