It’s been four long years since award-winning quintet Sister Sadie released their last album, and while the group’s hardly been idle — they took home the International Bluegrass Music Association’s top Entertainer of the Year award in 2020, Vocal Group of the Year trophies in 2019, 2020 and 2021, along with a miscellany of other honors, all while bringing three new members on board — the clamor for new music has only grown since then.

The Memphis-based rock band DIRTY STREETS release their new album, Who’s Gonna Love You - today. The trio spent the last two years of their pandemic-induced forced time off the road creating new music and finding a new home with the Los Angeles-based independent label, Blue Élan Records.

A mainstay in the world of Americana and bluegrass music, Darren Beachley is best known for his longtime role as guitarist and lead vocalist with Doyle Lawson’s seminal group, Quicksilver. With his new album, Beachley proves there’s a lot more to his musical story - and that, after a career spanning more than three decades, he’s just getting started.

GRAMMY-winning songwriter Jesse Harris shares “Yankee,” the latest song from his new album Silver Balloon, out October 21 on Harris’s own Secret Sun Recordings. “Yankee” is a drum-machine propelled bossa nova that paints a portrait of a character whose wandering days seem to be coming to an end, though the bubbling percussion and slightly ominous chord changes leave it unclear as to whether it’s a begrudging retirement or an untimely demise.

Robert De Leo, bassist and principal songwriter of the iconic band, Stone Temple Pilots is releasing his first solo album, Lessons Learned October 21, 2022. Listen to debut single “Love Is Not Made Of Gold” HERE.

Farm Aid's annual benefit concert took place at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh, NC on September 24th.  The sold-out crowd was treated to sets by headliner Willie Nelson and co-founder John Mellencamp, board members Dave Matthews and Margo Price, and featured artists Sheryl Crow and Chris Stapleton, among others. One significant absence at this year's event was co-founder Neil Young.
