Melvin is most revered for his powerful, high-spirited, Hammond B-3 organ, and keyboards in the Jerry Garcia Band. Melvin spun his B-3 magic with the Jerry Garcia Band for 18 years and in doing so helped pioneer and define what has now become "Jam Band Music". From blues to funk to rock to jazz, Melvin Seals serves up a tasty mix with a little R&B and gospel thrown in to spice things up.

In Case You Missed It: Released on Friday and streaming for the first time, GarciaLive Volume 19 showcases Jerry's return to the stage with JGB following a second major health crisis. His reemergence here on Halloween three months later, slimmed down and in great spirits, was a real sight for sore eyes for the 17,000 in attendance at the Oakland Coliseum Arena. The setlist for the evening suggests the significance wasn’t lost on Garcia.

For the 50th Anniversary of EUROPE '72, this years screening is the previously unreleased 4/17/72 performance at the Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen. Fully restored and color corrected in HD with audio mixed from the 16-track analog master tapes, Tivoli features nearly an hour and a half of the Grateful Dead at a peak of their performing career, on what would prove to be Pigpen's last tour with the Grateful Dead.
