As an alternative to the campout festival, the inaugural 4848 Festival is offering festival lovers an evolved summer experience. Taking place July 11 - 13 atop Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, WV (at 4848’ above sea level), patrons get everything a festival has to offer, while experiencing premier accommodations within the resort’s Mountain Village, complete with modern amenities atypical to a three-day summer festival.

Greensky Bluegrass (two nights)

Progressive bluegrass pioneers, the Infamous Stringdusters rolled into Eugene (Ore.), January 20, and lit-up the McDonald Theater with a typically brilliant performance. This fire-breathing, five-piece combo’s relentless determination to Dust damn near every town in the country has honed their live show into one of the most reliably “hot” tickets on the thriving jam-band circuit. Every set is a high-flying adventure.

The 18th Annual Northwest String Summit (String Summit) is one of the top boutique live music experiences in the country and presents today's leaders in the Americana, Bluegrass, Indy Rock, and Jam genres. It all happens at the iconic Horning's Hideout (North Plains, OR) from July 18 - 21, 2019. Located just 20 miles outside of Portland, OR, Horning's Hideout, a private family-owned reserve of old-growth trees, wild peacocks, ponds, and campsites, is among the West's most awe-inspiring festival sites in the country.

The WinterWonderGrass Grass After Dark legacy has manifested through our attendees’ experiences of their favorite bands, bearing witness to iconic, true-to-WonderGrass moments in the most intimate of settings. Heading into the final month before the seventh annual Colorado festival, we’re pleased to announce this year’s Steamboat Grass After Dark, late night show series.

The WinterWonderGrass Festival had its first ever foray to the east in mid-December. It was a warm welcome to the beautiful Vermont Green Mountains at the Stratton Ski Resort. There’s a saying in New England, and it especially applies to Vermont this time of year. If you don’t like the weather, wait an hour. This adage proved true over all three days of the WinterWonderGrass Vermont festival. Opening day Friday started out mild, mid-40s a bit grey. Everything looked perfect for a fine festival kick-off.

GRAMMY-winning band THE INFAMOUS STRINGDUSTERS are announcing a new live album, Live From Telluride, out this Friday, November 16 on all digital retailers and platforms. The 20-track release features a wide-ranging set spanning the band's 12-year career with tracks from their eight previous studio albums, including 2017's Laws Of Gravity, which won a GRAMMY for "Best Bluegrass Album," and a few covers which THE STRINGDUSTERS have been known to incorporate into their live set.

The sad passing on October 12 of Andy Goessling, founding member of Railroad Earth, the ongoing host band for the Hangtown Music Festival (Oct. 25-28), was a unifying thread at this year’s fest, prompting outspoken love, respect, and admiration. In the end, the shared loss sparked a like-minded cause for life celebration and a shared process of moving forward amid a backdrop of fabulous music, Halloween costumes, and community.

Grammy-winning bluegrass quintet THE INFAMOUS STRINGDUSTERS have announced their first tour dates of 2019, with a West Coast run kicking off January 16 in Los Angeles. The group will wind their way up to the northwest and wrap January 27 in Bellingham, WA. Their friends in Midnight North are opening on select dates.
