The 15th annual Joshua Tree Music Festival descended upon the Joshua Tree Lake RV & Campground May 18 – 21, 2017. Just as years past, the lineup was chock full of artists from all over the globe, representing the local desert area, up and down the western seaboard, UK, Peru, South Korea, and Netherlands among other places. The family friendly music experience is busting with global music, art, bodywork modalities, healing arts, and activities for all ages, adults and children alike.

After a winter of heavy rains, the Emerald Triangle is in full bloom and the rugged yet regal Eel River is at full flow.

Boston Calling returned to Boston, MA, this past weekend in an entirely new form – a venue that featured grass. Previously held in Boston’s City Hall Plaza, this year’s festival was held at the Harvard Athletic Complex, trading the concrete ground of downtown Boston for the open-space fields of Cambridge’s most elite school.

An ode to their continued efforts to remain at the forefront of an evolving festival circuit, the West Coast’s premier multi-experiential event, Enchanted Forest Gathering (EFG) unveils an innovative partnership with seed-to-shelf NorCal cannabis manufacturer & distributor, CannaCraft and leading online cannabis telehealth platform, PrestoDoctor.

The 2nd Annual Jam In The Trees is a two day, Americana music-themed event that takes place at Pisgah Brewing in Black Mountain, NC! With bands playing on both the beautiful Outdoor Stage, and the more intimate Indoor Taproom Stage Friday and Saturday, August 25 and 26, 2017. There are unique vendors and local food trucks on-site, and of course award-winning Pisgah Brewing beer.

Recently, we at Grateful Web had the opportunity to chat with Elise Olmstead, the founder of the jam-based musical magazine The Jamwich and The Mad Tea Party Jam. Our conversation focused on The Mad Tea Party Jam, a music festival in Artemas, PA every year. She founded the festival with her husband Taco.

Believe me when I say the most important part of the Grateful Dead is… family. And that idea lives on in the northeast’s premier family-friendly festival celebrating the life and music of the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia, known simply as Jerry Jam. Campout for the Cause is an event truly rooted in all things authentic. For 9 years, the goal has been to create a platform for artists to be artists, and family to be family. No walls, no boundaries, no corporate sponsors, no negative vibes and no inhibitions. There are plenty of incredible festivals out there to immerse yourself in the party and just blow off steam, but this is not one.
