THE MUSIC OF CREAM - DISRAELI GEARS TOUR

There’s nobody quite like Roger Kellaway. In a career that has stretched over the last 60 years, while performing with many of the legendary jazz musicians of his time he has also written memorable film and television scores, composed classical works for major symphony orchestras, inspired what came to be known as “new age” music, and provided essential accompaniment and musical direction for iconic figures of American popular music like Elvis Presley, Barbra Streisand, Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett, Van Morrison and Joni Mitchell.

The Jon Stickley Trio, one of the roots music scene’s most progressive and innovative voices, has released a video for their latest single, "Animate Object" after a premiere by The Bluegrass Situation.

Rising Appalachia and Ayla Nereo are taking over the Ogden Theatre this Sunday, October 20th for a night filled with blissful folk music and serene feminine energy. Greeted at the door, we were taken to our seats right up front for this fancy evening out on the town.  City Winery has amazing food, locally sourced wine, and most importantly, excellent acoustic sound. The room is built for intimate music and cozy experiences.  Cozy is the way to politely say tight quarters. When Jimmy, John, and Kate were seated next to us, I wasn’t sure where to put my elbows.
